Making a Reservation
By making a reservation you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons named in the reservation and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by the hotel’s terms and conditions. Please check the details of your confirmation and contact Orchard Hill Hotel immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete. Orchard Hill should be notified immediately by e mail or in writing of any amendments to the confirmed booking. Amendments are subject to availability and may be subject to cancellation charges.
Pricing
Orchard Hill reserves the right to amend the price of unsold rooms at any time. Cancellation Within the cancellation period, the total payment will be refunded in full. Reservations cancelled outside the specified cancellation period will incur a charge of the total value of the 1st night’s stay. In the case of a no show, the full value of the cost of the entire booking will be charged to the credit/debit card supplied. In the unlikely event that the hotel is unable to accommodate a confirmed booking it may be necessary to offer an alternative of an equal or superior standard. If we need to cancel your stay you will be informed as soon as possible offering a suitable alternative or a refund. This does not apply to minor changes or events during your stay resulting from unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Smoking Orchard Hill Hotel is strictly a non-smoking establishment. The management reserves the right to levy a charge in the instance that smoking takes place in any part of the hotel. Bar Tues to Sat from 6pm the bar will open at the managements’ discretion - according to demand. Wifi Internet access is free to guests and is accessible on all floors of the hotel. Car Park Free to guests on the night(s) of their stay. in agreement with the management guests are welcome to leave their car(s) at a specified charge. Newspapers Major newspapers are provided at an additional cost. Orders should be made at the front desk on arrival or not later than 6pm. Extra Beds Extra beds and travel cots may be booked on request and availability needs to be confirmed by the management.
Damage
If a guest or member of your party behaves in such a way that is likely to cause danger, upset or distress to a third party or to hotel or guest property, the management is entitled to curtail the stay and request that the person(s) concerned leave the hotel. No refunds or travel arrangements will be made and the management will not pay any costs incurred as a result of such a circumstance. The management also reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to hotel property - by making a reservation you are accepting responsibility for any damage or loss caused by yourself or a member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid to the management in full on demand. If you fail to do so you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made and legal costs incurred as a result of your actions.
Car Parking
Parking is free to guests who have a reservation at the hotel. The management does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to cars parked on its premises. Medical Conditions If you or any member of your party has a medical problem or disability which may affect your stay please contact the hotel to advise us so that we can endeavour to make appropriate provision or advise you if we are unable to make such provision. If details are not provided at the time of booking the management reserves the right to cancel the booking should it be unable to make appropriate provision.
